What Is Envelope Budgeting?
Envelope budgeting (also called zero-based budgeting) means allocating your entire income to categories before the month starts, until every euro is assigned. When a category runs out, you stop spending there, or consciously move money from another envelope. It is the most effective budgeting method because it forces intentional decisions about every euro.
